Deprecated skin attributes and migration
Use the current attribute reference for new skins. This page keeps old names searchable so you can update an existing skin. Entries distinguish deprecated names with an active warning from compatibility spellings without an active warning in the documented source snapshot. Both groups are excluded from the main attribute and per-widget lists.
Changing documentation does not remove runtime support. No removal date is implied. Test your migrated skin on the oldest receiver build you support, including its plugins and custom renderers: a component can intercept an attribute before the central parser sees it.

The central widget attribute foregroundGradient is deprecated, but the identically named field inside template drawing elements remains a different API. Do not run a global text replacement across a skin. Likewise, noWrap as an old attribute name is distinct from the current value in wrap="noWrap".
