These are all 29 fields in HDMI-CEC Settings. Extra entries appear with advanced settings and their parent conditions. Physical address selection is explained at the end.
MENU → Setup → System → HDMI-CEC Settings. Setup and context. Native names and configuration keys help locate a setting. Source defaults can differ from saved values or image presets.


Enabled
Section titled “Enabled”Yes/No, source baseline No. Main HDMI-CEC switch; connected devices must also support/enable CEC.

Advanced Settings
Section titled “Advanced Settings”Reveals additional event, repeat and diagnostic fields. Does not add hardware capability.

Regard Deep Standby as Standby
Section titled “Regard Deep Standby as Standby”Includes deep standby in standby/wake CEC handling. Does not guarantee hardware wake-up from deep standby.

Wait for timesync at startup
Section titled “Wait for timesync at startup”Waits for time synchronisation in the relevant deep-standby workaround, up to about two minutes. Shown only with the corresponding combination of settings.

Put TV in Standby
Section titled “Put TV in Standby”Receiver → TV: also put the TV in standby when the receiver sleeps/shuts down. Configure the reverse direction separately.

Even if TV has another input active?
Section titled “Even if TV has another input active?”Allows TV standby while another input is active. No can avoid interrupting another viewer/game when TV state is known.

Wake up TV from Standby
Section titled “Wake up TV from Standby”Receiver → TV: wake the TV with the receiver. Check the event filters below it.

Even if a ‘Zap’ recording timer starting?
Section titled “Even if a ‘Zap’ recording timer starting?”Also wake the TV for a zap timer; enable overnight only if intended.

Even if a ‘Wakeup’ scheduled task starting?
Section titled “Even if a ‘Wakeup’ scheduled task starting?”Wake the TV for a scheduled wake-up task. This is not every Linux cron job.

Switch TV to correct input
Section titled “Switch TV to correct input”Report/request the receiver HDMI path so the TV selects it. Can displace another active source.

Switch off the TV to correct input
Section titled “Switch off the TV to correct input”Workaround using a TV off/on sequence when input switching fails. It can really power the TV down; use only for a specific need.

Handle wake up from TV
Section titled “Handle wake up from TV”Receiver wake trigger: disabled, wake-up, physical-address report, routing/source/stream/OSD-name request or any activity. Start with a narrow suitable trigger; any activity can include unrelated traffic.

Handle Standby from TV
Section titled “Handle Standby from TV”TV → receiver: disabled, standby or deep standby. Account for independent recordings/streams.

Process action from TV
Section titled “Process action from TV”Response to another active TV input: disabled, standby or deep standby of the receiver. Not a command selecting the receiver input.

Time delay until Standby or Deep Standby
Section titled “Time delay until Standby or Deep Standby”No delay or offered values from 5 seconds to 60 minutes. Delays the sleep response; TV standby takes priority over input changes.

Use TV remote control
Section titled “Use TV remote control”Accept supported TV-remote keys at the receiver. TVs do not necessarily send all long presses/colour keys.

Forward volume keys
Section titled “Forward volume keys”Forward receiver VOL+/VOL−/mute to the detected TV/audio system. Keys may become ineffective without compatible CEC support.

Put your AV Receiver or Soundbar in Standby
Section titled “Put your AV Receiver or Soundbar in Standby”Put the AVR/soundbar in standby with the box. “Receiver” in this field means the audio system.

Wake up your AV Receiver or Soundbar from Standby
Section titled “Wake up your AV Receiver or Soundbar from Standby”Wake the AVR/soundbar with the box. Still check its input and audio output.

Minimum send interval
Section titled “Minimum send interval”Off or 10/50/100/150/250/500/750/1000 ms between CEC messages. Add delay only for equipment needing slower transmission.

Repeat the sent standby and wake up commands
Section titled “Repeat the sent standby and wake up commands”Off or 1–5 repeats of wake/standby sequences. Separate from continuous polling; more is not always better.

Time delay for the repeated transmission
Section titled “Time delay for the repeated transmission”None or listed values from 500–5000 ms, multiplied by the repeat counter. Increases spacing between later repeats.

Repeat the standby commands
Section titled “Repeat the standby commands”Also repeats standby sequences. Backend behaviour is standby, despite an older help string mentioning wake-up.

Check power and input state from TV
Section titled “Check power and input state from TV”Query TV power/input state. Useful with reliable replies; missing/incorrect reports can cause unexpected reactions.

Ignore unexpectedly wake up and stay in Standby
Section titled “Ignore unexpectedly wake up and stay in Standby”Off or ignore unexpected wake commands for 5/10/15/30/45/60 seconds after standby. Use for actual immediate re-wake problems.

Use HDMI-preemphasis
Section titled “Use HDMI-preemphasis”Optional HDMI driver signal setting, not CEC timing or volume. Not a substitute for suitable cabling.

Enable command line function
Section titled “Enable command line function”Enables the temporary CEC command-file input. Not needed for ordinary use; commands can control real equipment.

Enable debug log
Section titled “Enable debug log”Writes CEC traffic to config.crash.debug_path as Enigma2-hdmicec-YYYYMMDD.log. Disable after diagnosis.

Physical address and colour buttons
Section titled “Physical address and colour buttons”An address such as 1.0.0.0 describes the HDMI path, not an IP address. Yellow sets or clears a fixed physical address (config.hdmicec.fixed_physical_address). 0.0.0.0 is the automatic default here. A fixed address may become wrong after recabling; normally leave it automatic. Blue loads setup defaults, Green saves, Red/EXIT cancels normal form edits. The address action can take immediate effect in the real dialog.
Log CEC traffic before changing repeats or workarounds.
