Appendices and scope
This handbook covers the shared Enigma2 interface in OpenATV. It is not a collection of individual receiver manuals. Its focus is setup, menu locations and the meaning of settings.
Foundation edition
Section titled “Foundation edition”The first edition follows the OpenATV 8.0 source snapshot from 9 September 2026. Older images may use different menu labels. German and English follow the same chapter structure.
Future additions
Section titled “Future additions”- Special features and reception arrangements.
- Notes for older or newer image versions.
- Additional procedures that are not needed for the common first setup.

Look up buttons
Section titled “Look up buttons”The long-press directory contains all active long-press bindings from the default keymap. Its entries are included in the shared site search.
